This 3-star hotel is beautiful, well-priced, and has some of the best staff in the area. Business and solo travelers will love the business center, but all guests will love the lovely on-site restaurant and bar (the fireplace is a great touch!).

Cozy beds and comfy pillows make this our favorite hotel in the area for a good night’s rest. Every room comes equipped with a large flat screen television, as well as HBO – so you can chill and relax before you need to head over to the university.

A bit more budget friendly, the Suburban Extended Stay Hotel is a great option for families, solo travelers, and everyone in between! Coming equipped with large living rooms, spacious bedrooms, and a kitchenette. these suites are more like apartments.

Another budget-suite option is the Euro-Suites Hotel. This hotel has a more budget friendly, yet charming feel to it, and guests love the friendly and helpful staff. Also you can never go wrong with a free breakfast!

Modern and beautifully cleaned, the Holiday Inn Morgantown is one of our favorite hotels in the area. Enjoy the outdoor terrace, the indoor pool, and the large cozy rooms. While breakfast is not included, the on-site restaurant offers a full English/Irish breakfast which is to die for.

If you are on a super tight budget, the Red Roof Inn is a great option! While it is a further drive from the University, the rooms are affordable and clean, and you can enjoy free Wifi and a hot shower. Breakfast is not included, so instead you can head to the Cracker Barrel restaurant directly next door.

Indoor swimming pool? Check. Fully equipped kitchens? Check. Clean fitness center? Check. But our favorite feature of this great hotel would have to be the friendly staff or the outdoor terrace area with a fireplace. This hotel comes highly recommended for solo travelers.
