The only hostel to make the list, HI Richmond hostel is clean, well-located, and is a great way to meet other travelers. This is a fantastic option for a student on a budget.

While Wingate is a bit out of the way, it is one of the highest-rated hotels in all of Richmond. Guests love the awesome staff, tasty breakfast, and that Short Pump Town Center is only a few minutes walk away.
