Kuala Lumpur has tons of great budget hotels, our favorite being A&R Boutique Hotel. Located in a more local part of town, this boutique hotel is impeccably cleaned and offers its guests tons of value.
Guests love the comfy beds and pillows, as well as the modern and clean bathrooms. Rooms are equipped with flatscreen TVs, air conditioning, and free fast wifi. While the main sights of the city are a 15-minute Grab ride away, there are plenty of great bars and cafes within walking distance.

Boasting a great location and delivering some tremendous value is the beautiful DoubleTree by Hilton Kuala Lumpur. Rooms are spacious, cozy, well-decorated and come equipped with flatscreen TVs and a large working station.
The on-site restaurant serves delicious food, and the on-site gym is HUGE and is a great place to have a quick workout. Note – breakfast is included with some rooms but not others, so be sure to double-check your reservation!

Quite beautiful and well-designed for its price range, it’s easy to understand why ibis Kuala Lumpur has received over 5,000 great reviews! Most rooms get free breakfast, and the on-site bar is a great place to grab a drink and unwind.
The location is also stellar as you are only a 10-minute walk to the Twin Towers and some of KL’s other awesome sights. But the best part? It HAS to be the infinity pool with the views of the Twin Towers. Highly recommended!

If you are on a tight budget while in KL, then Euro Life Hotel is a great way to save some money. This hotel is quite affordable, and it doesn’t skimp on the important things like cleanliness and customer service. Also, you gotta love a budget hotel that offers room service!
Rooms are on the smaller side, but the beds and pillows are extremely comfortable and perfect to get a good night’s rest. The on-site breakfast is not free, but affordable and very convenient, especially before a day of exploration. Indian food lovers rejoice – this part of town is a curry-paradise!
